At Uroha, each item is carefully prepared and packed with intention. Because our products are handmade and packaged with personalized care, we do not accept returns at this time
Shipping (quick overview)

Processing time: We aim to prepare and ship orders within 1–3 business days

Carrier: Orders ship via USPS and are marked fragile to support safe delivery

Where we ship: Uroha currently ships within the United States only
Returns
We do not accept returns at this time
Exchanges (incorrect items)
If you received the wrong item, we’re happy to help with an exchange.
To be eligible:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery

The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging

If these conditions aren’t met, we may not be able to complete the exchange
How to request an exchange

Submit an exchange request using the form linked on our Site (include your order number in the message)

We’ll email you a return shipping label to the email address on file

Once your package arrives, we’ll inspect it for damage and then process and ship the correct item
Damaged in transit (recommended add-on, consistent with your “fragile” packing)
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

your order number, and

clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
We’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
