Welcome to uroha.com (the “Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchases you make from Uroha, LLC (“Uroha,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site

1) Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or more older than 13 years of age to make a purchase on our Site

2) Products and intended use

Our products are intended for home fragrance and related use as described on product pages and packaging

• Room + Linen Sprays: For use in spaces and on compatible fabrics as directed. Patch test first

• Shower Steamers: For shower use only. Not intended as bath bombs or for use on skin

​

Allergy/sensitivity notice: Fragrance products may not be suitable for everyone. Review the full ingredient/allergen information on packaging and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have known sensitivities, consult a professional before use

3) Orders, pricing, and checkout

• Pricing: Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time without notice

• Order acceptance: Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit quantities at our discretion (including suspected fraud, inventory issues, or pricing errors)

• Taxes: Applicable taxes may be added at checkout, depending on your location

Payments: Checkout is processed via Wix Payments. Apple Pay and, or Google Pay or Wallet may be available through Wix Payments. We do not store your full payment card details

4) Shipping and delivery

Our current shipping policies are summarized here and may be updated from time to time:

• Where we ship: United States only

• Processing time: We aim to prepare and ship orders within 3 business days (commonly 1–3 business days)

• Carrier: Orders ship via USPS; delivery times depend on USPS once shipped. 

• Free shipping threshold: We advertise free shipping when you spend $100 (as displayed on the Site)

Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law

​

Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address

​

5) Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns at this time

​

Exchanges (incorrect items only):
If you receive an incorrect order, contact us within 5 days of receipt to request an exchange. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and without damage

​

To initiate an exchange, use the exchange form linked on our Site; we will provide a shipping label via email and process the exchange once the returned item is received and assessed

​

6) Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes (if offered) are subject to the terms shown at the time of the offer and may be discontinued at any time. Unless stated otherwise, codes are not stackable and have no cash value

7) Intellectual property

All Site content including text, product names, designs, photos, graphics, logos, and branding is owned by Uroha or Wix and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without our written permission

8) User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to interfere with Site security or functionality

• Submit false or misleading information (including payment or shipping details)

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission

9) Third-party services and links

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk

10) Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”

• We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where prohibited by law

• We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uroha will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Uroha from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another

13) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Site. The “Effective date” above shows when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms

15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise
