Where we ship

• We currently ship within the United States only 

• International shipping is not available at this time

Processing time

• Orders are typically prepared and packed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This aligns with our goal to ship within 3 business days

Shipping carrier + delivery timing

• All orders ship via USPS and are marked fragile to support safe delivery

• Delivery time depends on USPS once your package leaves our hands

 

Shipping rates + free shipping

• We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100

• Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout

Tracking

• If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships

 

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost to reship it.

Damaged, leaking, or incorrect orders

Because we ship fragile products, if something arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we’ll make it right

• Incorrect item received: Contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can arrange an exchange. 

• Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

• If the order is damaged/leaking, email us with clear photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can help quickly.
